Henao Contemporary Center - ReBrand
Logotype Design for Henao Contemporary Center in Orlando, Florida
As businesses progress, certain processes are more profitable than others. Introducing live music to the Henao Center allowed their art gallery/collaboration space to turn into a place of pure magic. Orlando's local music scene is alive & vibrant. The Henao Center quickly became Orlando's prime spot for intimate & underground musical performances.
We developed a new logotype that offered resemblance of their first logo but spoke to the venue's new target audience.
We added a zig-zag distortion effect to a bold, san-serif type & pencil icon. We kept the color scheme black, white, & off-white.
We also created a company T-shirt for the workers to wear. "Rulers of the underground" came to me & it ended up sticking when I presented it to the owner.
We even got to work on the front face of the building! (Edgewater Dr.)
