Live Painting at Florida Groves Music & Arts Festival – Orlando, Florida

AKYROS was invited to live paint an 8’x16’ pop-up mural at Florida Groves Music & Arts Festival in Orlando, Florida. Florida Groves is a unique festival that blends live music, skateboarding, pickleball, a cannabis and mushroom convention, an artisan vendor village, and large-scale mural art.

My mural, featuring the Orange Blossom Gang, was completed in 10 hours with final touch-ups on day two. It was amazing to see how kid-friendly and engaging this style is—so many young festivalgoers ran up to it with smiles! I used Kobra Paints courtesy of Aerosol Legends!

A big thank you to Cavan Koebel for curating an incredible lineup of artists. Live painting at festivals is always an inspiring experience—I learn new techniques, test out new art supplies, and connect with fellow muralists. Huge thanks to the Florida Groves team for this opportunity!
